Daytime work and limited, non-disruptive nighttime work may occur, and the pool will reopen upon completion. The dates between September 12 and October 10 will automatically receive a 15% discount.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Coconut Palm One-bedroom condo is an inviting vacation rental situated at the serene condominium resort of PalmAruba Condos. This condo offers an open living room with a balcony overlooking the resort pool area, a TV, a sofa, a 4-seat dining table, and a fully supplied kitchen.
The bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, and built-in closets. The bathroom with a shower is located in hallway next to the laundry closet with stacked washer and dryer.
Additional comforts include central air conditioning in every indoor space, hot water, free Wi-Fi, free parking as well as two cable TVs (one in the living room and in the bedroom). This condo is perfect for a couple, a family vacationing together, or groups of friends staying at the same resort with individual condos. This condo is located on the third floor in the south building. - Sleeps max 2.

I DON'T KNOW IF IT'S THE OWNERS DECISION OR THE MANAGEMENT CO. BUT THE UNIT WAS OUTFITTED TO THE BARE MINIMUM. NO SOAP IN THE BATH FOR SHOWERING, NO POT HOLDERS TO REMOVE ITEMS FROM THE OVEN.. THE TV IN THE LIVING ROOM HAS ONLY 1 CHANEL. THE BEDROOM WORKED FINE. THE WIFI WORKED IN THE LIVING ROOM BUT IF YOU WENT TO THE BEDROOM YOU LOST THE SIGNAL.NOT ENOUGH GARBAGE BAGS IN THE KITCHEN, WE BOUGHT MORE. THE PLACE WAS CLEAN AND THE LOCATION IN THE COMPLEX WAS GREAT OVERLOOKING THE POOL AREA. OVERALL WE WERE HAPPY THERE. COULD STAND SOME IMPROVEMENTS.
