Located 300m walk from the beach of Santa Giulia, the Residence Cala Sultana, with a large heated swimming pool (24x7m), is made up of low buildings (ground floor and 1 floor) covered with wood and perfectly integrated in lush greenery of 5ha.
Our large upscale apartment ideal for 8 people, located on the 1st floor, is very bright with a magnificent view of the Corsican mountain.
Modern and very well equipped kitchen open to the living room - 3 large bedrooms with double beds and storage cupboards - sleeping area with bunk beds - 2 bathrooms with shower and WC - very nice terrace with dining table, lounge area and lounge chair.

Perfect location with great outdoor seating area and very strong AC which you need. It was a quick walk to a gorgeous beach. Would recommend.

Tout est absolument parfait dans cet appartement: équipement au top, magnifique terrasse, très belle résidence intimiste et bien entretenue, tout ça à 2 pas de l'une des plus belle plage de Corse. Tout le monde, petits et grands, a passé un super séjour.

L appartement est situé dans un ensemble calme et fermé, juste à côté de la plage de Santa Giulia où on peut descendre à pieds par un petit chemin en quelques minutes. Il y a une piscine pour la copropriété.
Le logement en lui-même est très bien agencé avec un grand séjour/ cuisine, 3 chambres, plus des lits superposés ainsi que 2 salles de bains avec toilettes et douches. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisine. La très grande terrasse permet de manger dehors.
Une mini supérette est accessible à pieds, sinon le spar est à 5 minutes en voiture.
Nous ne sommes pas fan de la clim habituellement....mais nous avons bien apprécié de l avoir dans l appartement en cette période de canicule.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons passé d excellentes vacances en famille. Nous espérons revenir une prochaine fois.
