Sleeping up to 8 guests, our spacious open-plan villa provides everything you need for a comfortable and stress-free stay.
Master Bedroom: King-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, nightstands, dresser with mirror and en-suite bathroom with twin sinks, a large walk-in shower, jacuzzi bathtub, hairdryer, towels and toiletries.
Queen Bedroom: Queen-size bed, fitted wardrobes, nightstands, dresser with mirror and Smart TV.
Twin Bedroom 1: Two single beds, fitted wardrobes, nightstands and Smart TV.

The spacious lounge offers comfortable seating for the whole family, a 66" Smart TV and Bluetooth stereo. Large sliding doors open directly onto the pool area, creating a wonderful indoor-outdoor living space. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook & prepare meals during your stay, while the dining area also opens directly onto the pool deck, for easy and enjoyable alfresco dining.
You’ll also find a fully equipped laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, along with additional pool and beach towels for your convenience. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, while families are well catered for with poolside play equipment and child safety alarms fitted to the patio doors for added peace of mind *Our private South/West facing pool is seasonally heated for an optional extra cost*

We had the most amazing holiday. I have stayed within sunset lakes before but will definitely will be coming back to this villa. It has everything you need for your stay and the host is very friendly and helpful. The villa is close to Disney and other attractions but also nicely tucked away in a gated area with friendly neighbours. I would 100% recommend staying here and cannot wait to return!

The villa was in a fantastic location, spacious and had everything we needed. It was home from home and very much much enjoyed our stay.Audra was spot on with communications and questions were dealt with quickly, Andrew from the management company was great and nothing was too much trouble, such as extra pool towels and sorting an issue with the alarm (our doing).We have been coming to Florida for nearly 18 years and would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

A wonderful property for families to enjoy. Very welcoming and comfortable home located close to the parks and shopping, but far enough away from the noise and hustle to enjoy some quiet time and relax by the pool. The care and attention given to this property clearly shows and we highly recommend it! Thanks so much for sharing it with us.
