Baita dotata di tutti i confort, pulitissima , dotata di giardino recintato . il proprietario è gentile e disponibilissimo per qualsiasi informazione . Immersa nella natura con vicino diversi percorsi per passeggiate di tutti i livelli. Il paese più vicino è a circa 10/15 minuti. Prima esperienza in baita con i nostri cani ed è stata fantastica .

Due giorni di "fuga" dal tram tram quotidiano...stress lavorativo e preoccupazioni varie. Non potevamo scegliere di meglio!...Posto tranquillissimo in mezzo alla natura...silenzio...pace...!La Baita Beniamino meravigliosa!!!...un nido caldo e molto curato nei minimi dettagli....pulizia 10, eleganza mista alla semplicità di una location super ma al tempo stesso familiare....genuina....cucina attrezzatissima, camino da sogno con legna tagliata pronta all'utilizzo, camera da letto molto bella, con finestra e porta-finestra che dà sul giardino e vista "monti"...bagno con doccia confortevole, ripostiglio con lavatrice, per finire un ampio giardino esterno con tavolo e panche sotto una tettoia stupenda!.. I proprietari gentilissimi, presenti per qualsiasi necessità!....cosa posso dire?...Ho già prenotato un altro weekend lungo a giugno!GRAZIE MANUEL e famiglia!CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

Sehr naturelle, wunderschöne und ruhige Lage der Baita, von hier aus Blick auf die gegenüberliegenden Berge bzw. teilweise ins Tal. Sehr angenehme sympatische Nachbarn wohnen in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Baita. Sehr sauberer Zustand des Ferienhauses, alles zum Wohlfühlen vorhanden, schöne Wanderwege in direkter Umgebung. Einziges Manko...Die Beschreibung der Baita suggeriert die alleinige Nutzung des Ferienhauses. Die Berghütte besteht jedoch aus zwei übereinander liegenden Ferienwohnungen. Wir mussten leider feststellen, dass die obere Ferienwohnung an andere Feriengäste vermietet war und nicht, wie im Vorfeld benannt, nur zur seltenen Nutzung durch den Eigentümer bestimmt. Dies sollte fairerweise in die Beschreibung der Baita aufgenommen werden.

Ci siamo sentiti a casa nostra, a tratti anche meglio di casa nostra. Il silenzio e il camino hanno reso le serate un toccasana rigenerante. La casa è stata ristrutturata da un paio d'anni ed è ben suddivisa, luminosa, ampia per una coppia, curata, pulita, ben riscaldata e dotata di tutti gli accessori per la cucina. Dal giardino abbiamo potuto godere di un panorama meraviglioso ed anche il nostro segugio ha apprezzato. Manuel si è dimostrato un proprietario scrupoloso e accogliente. Al nostro arrivo ci ha deliziato con un omaggio di benvenuto: una vascheta di fantastico gelato prodotto dalla gelateria di famiglia. Dimenticavo, la casa dista circa 20 minuti dal paese e a soli 10 minuti dalla località Le Pozze (1400m) dalla quale si snodano innumerevoli sentieri alpini che ritemprano anima e corpo. Assolutamente consigliata!

Sono stata in questa Baita 5 giorni non potevo chiedere di meglio tutto perfetto a partire dalla gentilezza del Sig. Manuel, la baita e super attrezzata non manca nulla in più il camino la fa ancora più accogliente, la pulizia e eccellente e la pace di quel posto ti mette una serenità particolare. A fianco abita lo zio anche lui molto gentile e disponibile. I miei due cagnolini sono stati come dei Re la baita e recintata quindi scorazzavano tranquilli e giocavano con le cagnolina dello zio. Insomma un bellissima esperienza da provare sicuramente. Dimenticavo il fratello di Manuel super gentile anche lui insomma un grazie a tutti. Laura

Wir fanden unsere ausgesuchte Berghütte so vor wie beschrieben. Der Vermieter Manuel u seine Frau waren immer für uns ansprechbar u sehr höflich u zuvorkommend. Die Berghütte ist zu empfehlen, wenn man Ruhe sucht u Katzenfrrund ist, denn der Nachbar hat 10 Katzen und die besuchten uns täglich

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, sowie liebevoll mit viel Charme hergerichtet. Trotz Hitzewelle mit +40 Grad Celsius war es dank der dicken Wände darin immer angenehm kühl. Die umliegenden Berge laden zum Wandern ein, ohne dazu weit mit dem Auto fahren zu müssen. Wir bedanken uns herzlich für diese zwei sehr erholsamen Wochen, die wir dort verbringen durften.

Gemütliche Hütte mit grandiosem Ausblick ins Val Sugana

Wir waren im Oktober für 10 Tage in dieser sehr gemütlichen Unterkunft hoch über Roncegno Terme. Dank der schönen Lage der Unterkunft und dem tollen Wetter hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. In der Hütte war alles vorhanden, was man braucht, so dass wir uns sofort zu Hause fühlten. Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt und auch die Kommunikation klappte sehr gut und war unkompliziert. Die nähere wie weitere Umgebung ist sehr gut zum Wandern geeignet. Wir haben uns jeden Tag eine Tour vorgenommen und es war jedes Mal ein tolles Erlebnis. Leckeres Essen gibt es auf vielen Hütten und in vielen Orten. Abends konnten wir uns dann vor dem tollen Kamin wieder gut erholen. Am Morgen gab es immer einen super Sonnenaufgang, auf den wir uns schon immer gefreut haben. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
