About this house rental
You will be hard pressed to find a more unique and perfect spot for your stay in London. This property is located in a private square which is mainly populated by businesses who operate 9-5pm, Monday - Friday. This means that the mornings, evenings and weekends are peaceful, quiet and totally private. The square has only 3 residences.
There is an excellent coffee cart close to the property entrance so you can roll out of bed for your fresh java :)
The property has 4 floors therefore you should be comfortable with stairs. The living room is on the ground floor with 2 sofas and a small chaise. The 1st floor hosts the kitchen with gas cooker, central heating system and seating for 8 people. The 2nd floor is where the large bathroom is with standing shower, bath, loo, sink and utility room. The 3rd floor is where the loft style master bedroom is with some views of the city.
You are located between Hoxton and Shoreditch High Street stations and around a 10-15min walk to Old street tube stop. You are a 15min walk to upper Columbia Road where each Sunday there is a gorgeous flower market and of course you are just a short walk away from the famous Spitalfields market!
Towels and linens are provided.

This flat was cute, clean, and pleasant to be in. The kitchen was great for hanging out in and the shower was so warm! The check in process was easy, and the gated aspect made me feel safe- getting in was easy after hours, too. Hannah responded immediately to all my messages! I recommend getting a coffee or drink at The Bridge. There are also a ton of places to eat and grocery stores close by. Very pleased that we stayed here.

We loved how convenient it was for our trip. Easy to jump on buses to Borough Market, Horizon 22 and Soho. Hoxton station is close and there’s plenty of good grocery and restaurant options. We also walked to Columbia Road flower market, Hackney City Farm, Haggerston Park and saw shark sculptures in the canal!

The place overall was nice, but didn’t quite match the pictures. The master bed is on the floor, and there was a towel covering the skylight. The freezer was frosted over and the whole place we a little dusty. Hannah was responsive and did try to address the issues, but I do feel we overpaid for the place.
