About this house rental
Come on in and enjoy panoramic views of Norris Lake and create your own "Fawn Memories". Recently updated kitchen appliances, granite counters, and furniture. The home features a large two-story deck overlooking the water with an easy walk-out to the lake. The new large covered all-weather dock includes a boat lift , two JetSki Ports, and a swim platform.
The well-appointed home is equipped with direct tv, wireless internet, cell phone booster, and stereo system to keep you connected while enjoying the great outdoors. The 1st floor Great Room features vaulted ceilings with a 55" LED SMART TV with an attached dining room, seating for 11 and a fully-stocked large kitchen. A gas grill on the deck, washer/dryer and a 2nd refrigerator/freezer are available to compliment your stay. The first floor Master Bedroom has a walk-out to the upper deck and includes a king-size bed with tv and master bathroom suite featuring double sinks, Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. The Lower Level includes an open-area Living Room with new fold-out sofa bed and large 55" smart television. The Lower Level also includes 3 bedrooms with walk-out access to the lake: 1 King-size bedroom with TV, 1 Queen-size bedroom, and a bunk room featuring 1 set of bunks and a queen-size bed. The lower level has 2 large bathrooms; and towels and linens are provided.
As a Deerfield Resort guest, you will have access to many amenities of the community, including an outdoor swimming pool, sand volleyball, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball court, and a children's playground. The Deerfield Resort also features an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Bobby Clampett, a PGA touring Professional and broadcaster. It includes a driving range and full-service Pro Shop and Club House, which is a great place for food and drinks.
Our "Fawn Memories" Home is close to Deerfield Marina, Springs Dock and Flat Sanghi Marina, where boat rentals and boat ramps are available. Nestled in the Cumberland Mountains, Norris Lake pristine waters covers 34,000 acres and is a paradise for boating, water-skiing, fishing, golfing, and nature enthusiasts. Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge attractions are 1.5 hour away and the University of Tennessee is a 50 minute drive.

This is our second time staying at this home on little fawn ln in Deerfield and hope to stay there again next year. The home is very nice with awesome lake views. It has a very nice living room on the main floor with a dining table that seats 6 comfortably. The kitchen is very nice with granite countertops and a large newer looking refrigerator. The bedrooms and bathrooms on the lower level are very nice and clean. Our adult kids and grandson slept downstairs which had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Plus there is a nice family room with a large flat panel tv where our grandson could play on his playstation in the evenings. The internet was upgraded from last year with speeds around 800Mbs which is huge! The bedroom on the main floor where my wife and I stayed is very nice including a large nice bathroom. There is also a half bath on the main floor which is great to have. There is an extra refrigerator in the garage which is great in keeping all the extra drinks and bags of ice. The path to the dock is nice, a little steep in places, but not that bad. Many homes down at Norris have long stretches of stairs which can be a pain to climb after boating all day.Overall, a great vacation home with all the amenities.

We enjoyed our stay at Fawn Memories. Lower level was great for kids hang out. Home was very spacious and the view of the lake was incredible. Having our own dock was a plus too. We had a great time!

This place was everything it stated to be and then some! There was plenty of space for us to sleep 12 adults comfortably. The property and house both were extremely clean and well kept. The host is amazing and there was very good communication. I had forgotten something down at the property and the host was kind enough to track down the item and ship it to my home address! I will absolutely be staying here again in the future!
