Verdemare apartment overlooks the fresh "pinewood" in Viareggio, in the city center, 500 meters from the sea.
The apartment, located on the second floor of a small building, consists of:
a hall, a kitchen with a dining table and terrace for home services (washing machine, Pilozzo, boiler etc.).
A living room with large terrace directly overlooking the fresh and green Pineta. In the living room are a dining table, a sofa-bed, a cabinet with TV, stereo and DVD player.
A double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom with tub and shower.

The apartment has been renovated and tastefully decorated in spring 2016. The windows are new with shatterproof glass and provide excellent acoustic and thermal insulation. The apartment has a private parking space in the enclosed courtyard of the building and can accommodate motion in a closed fund below.
The city park "Pineta di Ponente" is right outside the house; It is the real cool lung Viareggio, children's paradise with playgrounds, picnic areas to eat or play, bike rental, completely closed to traffic. The beaches with the beaches and the famous Promenade are 500 meters; just cross the Pineta, on foot or by bike in 5 minutes. In 30 minutes drive you can reach the Apuan Alps for nature excursions or to visit the suggestive marble quarries loved by Michelangelo.
