About this apartment rental
Verdemare apartment overlooks the fresh "pinewood" in Viareggio, in the city center, 500 meters from the sea.
The apartment, located on the second floor of a small building, consists of:
a hall, a kitchen with a dining table and terrace for home services (washing machine, Pilozzo, boiler etc.).
A living room with large terrace directly overlooking the fresh and green Pineta. In the living room are a dining table, a sofa-bed, a cabinet with TV, stereo and DVD player.
A double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom with tub and shower.
The house has WI-FI free.
Centralized warming
The apartment has been renovated and tastefully decorated in spring 2016. The windows are new with shatterproof glass and provide excellent acoustic and thermal insulation. The apartment has a private parking space in the enclosed courtyard of the building and can accommodate motion in a closed fund below.
The city park "Pineta di Ponente" is right outside the house; It is the real cool lung Viareggio, children's paradise with playgrounds, picnic areas to eat or play, bike rental, completely closed to traffic. The beaches with the beaches and the famous Promenade are 500 meters; just cross the Pineta, on foot or by bike in 5 minutes. House guests can, if they want to, forget the car and move on foot or by bicycle. At 100 meters are a supermarket, bars, ice cream parlors, bakeries, fruit and vegetables, pharmacy etc ...
Due to its characteristics the house is ideal for families and holidays with the bike.
From Casa Verdemare you briefly get to Lucca (28 km), Pisa (20 km), Florence (100 km), splendid art visits. 5 Terre (77 km) can be reached in summer by sea thanks to a boat that leaves daily from the port of Viareggio. In 30 minutes drive you can reach the Apuan Alps for nature excursions or to visit the suggestive marble quarries loved by Michelangelo.

Lovely apartment in a great location with a helpful host. Enjoyed the spacious and comfortable house, nearby park, and beach. Fabio was very kind and available at all times. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay.
