charming house with an old farmhouse and recent expansion, Saint Hilaire de Riez adjoining Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, in a quiet street, you will have 150m2 living space, with a large terrace opening onto a garden of 700m2
The house, ideal for one or two families accompanied by small children, a little away from the bustling village in the summer, is located 1km from the village (market, shops) and the train station, 5 minutes by car from the center commercial, and 2kms 5 beaches
On the ground floor, living room of 28 m2 with fireplace, large kitchen dining room, a bathroom (bath), separate toilet, a double bedroom (2 beds of 0.90 can be pushed together) a room with 2 sets of bunk beds )
Upstairs a bathroom (large shower), separate toilet, a bedroom with a double bed of 1m60, and a room with 2 single beds of 0. 90
Upon arrival, a deposit of 1200th will be requested, not debited, and returned at departure, if there is no damage

Jolie propriété fleurie.
Atmosphère familiale et très chaleureuse. Jardin double permettant aux enfants de jouer sans gêner. Grande cuisine pour cuisiner ensemble.

Belle Maison tres pratique pour des vacances à plusieurs. Grande cuisine et jardin très confortable.la maison n'est pas située en centre ville mais reste très bien placée pour accéder en voiture ou vélo à St gilles croix de vie et Sion.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous remercions l'hôte très disponible ainsi que Mme Guitonneau qui nous a accueilli avec grande gentillesse. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison disposant d'un très beau jardin, très bien isolé des autres maisons.
La maison est très bien adaptée pour 10 personnes et dispose de nombreux atouts pour un séjour réussi.
Les plages sont à 10 mn environ et nous vous conseillons la plage du Paré Préau qui est bien plus agréable que la plage de Sion.

Nous étions très bien installés ! Une maison de famille spacieuse dans laquelle les enfants avaient chacun leur espace. Nous avons fait apprécié le calme, nous recommandons la location de vélos pour se déplacer. Un séjour reposant, des vacances adaptées au rythme de nos petits de 1 à 6 ans. Une communication facile avec La propriétaire. Bref, on aimerait que ce genre de propriété nous appartienne 😊
