About this farm stay rental
The farm Cà di Ughi is the result of the work of the owners Carmen and Filomeno, whose intention is to offer their guests a pleasant stay surrounded by nature and quiet of Diano San Pietro, a typical Ligurian village just few km far from the most beautiful beaches.
The apartment, created from the renovation of a “wing” of the manor house, is located a short walk from the village square. It has all the modern comforts and it can accommodate up to 5 people and consist of:
First floor:
Kitchen with gas stove and electric oven, fridge and freezer, coffemachine, satellite TV.
Bathroom with toilet, shower and bidet and washing machine
Second floor:
Double room with balcony (bed cm. 160x190)
Bedroom with 2 single beds cm. 83x190 and 1 sofa bed (cm. 83x190)
Bathroom with toilet, shower and bidet.
Independent heating gas.
Hot-water is supplied by solar panels.
To reach our apartament La Buraggia, the last 250 m are on a small uphill road, 300 cm (230 cm for 20 mts) and an max. high of 250 cms (due to a bridge). Otherwise the car can be parked in the free public parking at 250 mt from the apartment.
Private parking next to the house (10 meters ) or in public car park (about 250 m away).
Towels and bed linen as well as kitchen utensils are included in the rent.(weekly change).
Cots and high-chairs are available on request.
Outdoor area equipped with dining table, lounge chairs and barbecue.
250 mt far from the apartment you find: post office, pharmacy, one grocery store with fresh bread and milk daily, coffe shop.
Upon request, we offer our guests a free tour of our olive groves and a tasting of our products.
On reservation in the garden of apartment La Buraggia we'll prepare special dinner with a choice of menus (Ligurian, fish, vegetarian or of the day) and every Saturday evening we prepare pizza cooked in a wood oven!!!
In our structure we also offer you the opportunity to buy vegetables, fresh fruit, olive oil, wine and typical products. It’s all of our production!
