Three full bathrooms and 20m2 kitchen-dining room with service entrance. 36m2 patio. Internet by Wifi router with mobile data. 50m from the beach and panoramic views of the sea and the mountains. Front patio of 36m2 in front of a children's garden. Sandy beach on shore and bottom. Grocery store open on weekends and holidays at 30m. Music venues at 100m and restaurants at 50m. Large supermarket 300m. Very calm and peaceful environment surrounded by nature. Bus stop 70m away on foot. Access by car to the national road at 100m and the highway at 300m.

This is a cute 3-story house with a lot of charm. There are. Beautiful views of the sea and old watch tower from the top floor which is also the main bedroom suite. The second floor has 2 bedrooms and a small but sufficient bathroom. The stairs are somewhat narrow and steep but were not too difficult to manage with carry-on. The photos are representative of all the rooms. The ground floor has an open floor plan. The front yard is beautifully manicured. There is a parking spot available on the dead-end street. Alejandro was very responsive to any inquiries both before and after our arrival. We would stay there again and would recommend it to friends and family.

Lovely, private 3 story house in a friendly neighborhood of small streets and winding alleys. First floor has a large, pleasant outdoor patio with a table, chairs, hammock and multiple fragrant jasmine trees, adorable geckos, outdoor shower, and outdoor washing machine. Indoors, first floor has a well equipped kitchen with cooking essentials, indoor dining area, comfy couch, large TV, and AC (when it broke during our stay, Alex had it replaced THE SAME DAY.) Second floor has a full bathroom (with tub, shower, toilet and bidet), 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and 1 tiny bedroom with 1 twin bed. There is a small alcove under the stairs large enough for a crib and this area is protected with a baby gate. Third floor has the third bedroom: very nice spacious bedroom with a double bed, full en suite bath and private balcony large enough for a twin bed if someone wants to sleep under the stars. All 3 bedrooms have nice views and AC. Playground, beach, cafe, supermarket and an all-purpose dollar store (selling swimsuits, hats, sunscreen etc.) are all minutes away. We stayed for 2 weeks in July and the beach was usually very calm... safe enough for toddlers. Free parking along the street. This home would be *perfect* for a couple with 1 to 3 small kids. Thank you, Alex! We hope to come back.
