About this apartment rental
Apartment with 1 bedroom, living room with kitchen and bathroom, in quiet and easy parking area. The apartment is equipped with WiFi, air conditioning, elevator, oven, microwave, electric water heater. The complex has a very large pool with lifeguard open in the summer months* (from June to September, is open until November, but no lifeguard), garden with playground for children and concierge during the week. There are also tennis courts.
Stays of 28 days or more pay for their electricity and water.
You pay a deposit of 75 eur per month when you arrive, then at the end of teh say we see how much you have used, and charge or return accodingly.
Water is charged 0.50 cent per person/day.
Clients have to throw their own rubbish out to the containers, which are in the main avenue.
You also have to do your worn washing up, and leave cups, glasses, plates, etc., clean.
If any of these requirements, we Will take 20 eur off the deposit, thanks for your cooperation!
If you loose your key or get locked out, you would need top ay 20 eur to have someone come to open, thanks!

A quiet, well cared for house, comfortable appartment with everything you need. GREAT pool! Nice host. Quite far away from the centre of Málaga but with good and cheap bus connections. A good supermarket across the street and just a 10min walk to the beach. Walked several times up to the centre, alway next to the sea (takes about 1,5 hours).
But I found the "fine" of 20€ for arriving after 20 h a bit unfair, for this is a normal time of the day in Southern Spain.

We had a great time during our stay. The apartment was very close to a beautiful beach with excellent restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the fish restaurants where the fish is cooked on an open wood barbecue. The bus service to Malaga was very efficient. Our host Eva was very helpful and promptly have us assistance when asked

Stayed here for six nights with three children. A cot was kindly set up for my baby, all four of us slept in one room. Spent every morning at the pool, afternoons at the beach and back to the pool for a late evening splash! The pool is fantastic, it is really big with various depths and the pool and surrounding areas are spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. There was a lifeguard on duty from 12pm to 8pm. There is a supermarket across the road. El Palo is really lovely. Most restaurants open after 8pm (was caught off guard our first night as my children are young and used to eating at 7pm), after that we adjusted to El Palo time!. El Palo is also really well serviced with regular busses to Malaga city centre. Can recommend this property, landlady was really helpful and lives close by.

Very nice apartment for holiday, quiet, clean, illuminated and close to the beach. We really enjoyed it, mainly the swimming pool. The landlady was very kind and friendly so we really recommend it.
