Beautiful brand new house and furniture in the small town of Tonco, in the Monferrato region of Italy. Beautiful scenery all year long. The house is very cozy and comfortable for a large family or group of friends. Its 40 minutes away from Torino, 30 minutes from Alba, 20 minutes from Moncalvo, 10 from Asti, in the hart of beautiful wine country of Monferrato.
The house includes 5 bedrooms and 3 and a half bathrooms, large parking space. The property has a full kitchen and dining room, living room with fire place and a beautiful terrace to enjoy either in summer or the autumn.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house and can absolutely recommend it. The house is very spacious, peaceful, and offers a stunning view – perfect for relaxing and unwinding. We stayed there as a family for a week and felt very comfortable from the very first moment. Everything was just perfect. Communication with Luis was excellent – always friendly, quick, and helpful. Nadia, who takes care of the house on site, was also very kind and supportive. All in all, we had a fantastic time and would definitely come back again!

Just as the title of the listing says, Fantastic House in Monferrato! The house was beautiful and super cozy! The views were spectacular. Nadia was fabulous and was there to greet us and give us the ‘lay of the land.’ All three of my adult children loved the home. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home!

Large well appointed house centrally located to many Piedmont sites. We enjoyed the balcony and mountain views. A few good restaurants within walking distance. Owner was quick with answers to questions. Highly recommend.

Una casa bellissima, arredata con cura in ogni dettaglio e completa di ogni comfort. In cucina non mancava nulla ma proprio nulla!!!! Complimenti!
