About this apartment rental
It is a comfortable apartment in typical Sardinian style. It consists of three rooms, a kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom with a shower and a panoramic terrace. The spacious kitchen is what you need with everything you need for a delicious meal, and a dining table, TV. A small hallway leads to the master bedroom, where you can also sleep on hot summer days. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin. The apartment has a washing machine, WiFi Internet.
The most beautiful and important environment of the apartment is certainly its large terrace which enjoys a magnificent 360 degree view.
The apartment is ideal for a holiday with family or friends. It offers its guests a relaxing stay in a romantic atmosphere, away from the crowds of tourists and close to the Sardinian culture.
The sea is about 3 km, the port and 'airport 15 km to 150 km away. A restaurant, a bar, a bank and a post office within 200 meters. At about 200 meters there is an information stand on tours and scenic places in the region.

Overall we enjoyed our stay in this nice apartment. We were with a family of 6 (6,13,13,17 and 2 adults).
Indeed the rooftop terrace is amazing with its incredible view! Especially right before sunset till dark to look at the stars...;-)!
We had a big car (Renault traffic) and was sometimes difficult to park and make maneuvers in the very small streets. But the little town of Baunei was so nice to experience for a few days. It's only a short drive to Gola Di Goroppu (35 minutes). And Santa Maria Navaresse is 15 min which is a very nice town at the sea for dining in evening or go to the beach during the day.
Tip for the hikers: there is a small climb/walk to the top at Baunei. It starts almost right at the house ( 100m up hill).Just follow the wooden signs "Janas" or something.
The apartment inside is ok. But with a big family we missed a second toilet. And the water drain of the shower wasn't working properly. So all the water came on the floor and flows into the kitchen. Especially when everyone wants to shower shortly after one and other. This shortens your shower time to a max of 2 minutes.
The owner responded quick on the complaint, but unfortunately wasn't able to solve this problem properly.

bel appartement , avec tout ce dont on a besoin, dans un petit village tranquille(Baunei), à 15 minutes de la mer, près du supramonté, excellent restaurant de pizza en ville, la terrasse donne une vue splendide sur les monagnes et la mer, nous avons passé 6 jours avec nos 4 enfants, le proprio est tres disponible et facilement rejoignable, endroit recommandé.

Authentische Ferienhauswohnung mit reichlich Platz. Die gigantische Dachterrasse bietet einen herrlichen Rundumblick bei Tag (Meer, Berge, Weite, Schwalben, u.v.m.) und bei Nacht (Sternenhimmel, der Ruf der Käuze, Fledermäuse, Lichter der Bergdörfer u.v.m.). Einfach idyllisch.
Mit der Ausstattung sind wir gut zurecht gekommen und hatten alles was wir brauchten.
Wlan funktionierte tadellos.
Die Bedreuung von Gianpriamo bzw. dessen Beauftragten funktionierte reibungslos.
Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Appartement nur weiter empfehlen.
