A group of us stayed for Ultra weekend. The house had plenty of room for everyone and it was very nice to all have our own bathrooms. A great hangout location!

Overall, the place is great. Modern. Well appointed. Great location. Lots of room for 5 people to stay comfortably. That said, it definitely has its issues. Primarily because we were switched to Unit 1 at the last minute, because of a plumbing issue in the one we had booked, which I believe was Unit 4. And had that remained the case, my first gripe would no longer be an issue. But unfortunately that was not the case and with Unit 1 being the closest unit to Brickell, it was insanely noisy at night. Between the car tires screeching, motorcycles racing, passersby talking, garbage trucks beeping - I did not have a single restful nights sleep - thus minus one star.
The other gripe is the master shower, which I desperately needed to wake me up after having gotten so little sleep, but sadly this was also an issue, because it leaks SO badly that the only way to take a shower without turning the bathroom into a swimming pool was to back into a corner and only use the spray nozzle pointed back at you into the corner. One slip, and you just might slip as well, on all the water you leave on the bathroom floor and thus, minus another star.
Net, net - I would still recommend the place, but only if you can stay in one of the other units. Oh, and added bonus, you get a private garage from which you can enter directly into your unit. Nice!
