The bedroom is small and it's not easy for us to get into bed.

Comfortable clean place but the lack of organisation from hosts sdded strsss and ruined our stay.

The place itself was clean and comfortable and we had nice open balconies and good views .

There was a lack of clear instructions and a lot of messages needed to the hosts even after we arrived . It was like getting blood out of a stone! Give all the information for the property before we arrive including location of the lock box and the number etc . It took much longer to get Into the property . Also as a courtesy please tell guests BEFORE you need their photo IDs , a know it is required for Italian Law but still say this in your messages to guests beforehand! The shower was not working when we arrived and we were accused that it is not broken and we’re we’re doing something wrong at first! , there was no gas in the cooker and the gas lighter wasn’t working and the large coffee pot was filthy and had to be throughly cleaned out . Things did (kind of ) get sorted - a big thank you to Simone for temporarily fixing the shower but it added a lot of stress having spend time and energy messaging Federica to try and sort things out rather than enjoy our stay . The hosts need to be much more organised , do your checks BEFORE guests arrive . Also provide an information sheet so everything is made clear about the bins in the kitchen (we had no idea these are located in the kitchen balcony and how to empty them in the bins downstairs and we weren’t sure where the keys were for them when we left . It’s such a disappointment and a shame , we would have given a full glowing 5 star review if the hosts had been organised and done checks in the property!!

intero appartamento, quindi pasti organizzati da noi. posizione eccellente. molto comoda la presenza di due terrazzini utilizzabili anche per mangiare fuori nelle ore meno calde (colazione e cena)

Très bien situé entre finalborgo et finale ligure. Super parc pour enfants + commerces + parkings en bas. Salle de bain rénovée très agréable. Ascenseur. Canapé lit.

Communication très peu fluide avec les propriétaires. Super message pour indiquer le Check in, puis plus de réponse :( dommage car cela aide à apprécier son séjour.

Struttura vecchia e molta polvere. Peccato, perché basterebbe poco per rendere la struttura più confortevole.

Ci torniamo senz’altro!

Abbiamo soggiornato con i bambini e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è ottima: a soli 10 minuti a piedi sia dal mare che da Finalborgo, e a 5 minuti dal supermercato. All’angolo c’è un comodo fruttivendolo dove si possono acquistare anche casse d’acqua. Le fermate degli autobus sono vicinissime, perfette per raggiungere Varigotti o le grotte di Borgio Verezzi (i biglietti si possono acquistare facilmente tramite l’app MooneyGo, che permette anche di consultare gli orari). Sotto casa c’è un bel parco giochi grande, ideale per i bambini, e anche un bar comodo per una pausa. L’appartamento è ben attrezzato, con tutto il necessario, compresi ferro da stiro e ventilatore. Il bagno è nuovo e molto curato.

L’unica cosa da tenere presente, soprattutto per chi è particolarmente sensibile ai rumori, è che la zona può essere un po’ rumorosa. Al mattino molto presto passa il camion della spazzatura, e durante la settimana c’è traffico sia al mattino che alla sera. Per dormire bene, meglio tenere le finestre ben chiuse. Però i vantaggi dell’appartamento sono davvero tanti e superano di gran lunga questo inconveniente.

Il punto forte è la posizione.

Buona posizione, non lontano dal mare e da Finalborgo. Disponibilità dello staff per check out tardivo visto che non avevano prenotazioni immediatamente successive, gesto molto apprezzato.

Pulizia migliorabile, abbiamo trovato un fazzoletto di carta usato e sotto i divani non era stato chiaramente pulito. La struttura è carina ma con poco si potrebbe migliorare decisamente, basterebbe una mano di bianco per i muri che ne hanno bisogno e una cucina economica, ma nuova.

Bellissimo il posto Finale Ligure, la struttura meno causa molta polvere nel letto

La vicinanza a: Supermercato Mare Fermata bus Centro

La mancanza di un letto per la terza persona, in quanto era presente un divano letto contenere polvere e non preparato. Inoltre abbiamo avuto dei problemi a trovare le chiavi del portone del palazzo, ho provato a chiamare la struttura ma non ho ricevuto risposta, se non un messaggio in cui mi diceva di scrivere le mie richieste per messaggio.
