We took the whole apartment for two nights. It was just what we were looking for. You can rest during the night as the surrounding is very quiet, and you can have your privacy while enjoying the hot tub in the back. The hot tub is hidden from all angles and you can safely enjoy the bubbles. The tub is in the thick shade, and you are safely protected from the sun too.. Everything inside was perfect. Street public parking is sufficient for any vehicle, so no worries about that. The property clearly noted that the only language spoken is French, but the host was actually so kind to communicate with us in English with a little help of Google translate. I truly appreciate that, as I don't speak a word of French.

While I understand the need for deposit, I generally don't like it. I especially don't like deposits in cash. The only thing that I would suggest to the owner is to build a window or two, as it could get a little too warn inside the house during the night. AC works great, but when you sleep, it is not always a good solution to leave the AC running.

Great hosts who were extremely helpful, great location for visits to cities like Narbonne or Carcassonne. Th Gite itself was fantastic and the jacuzzi was wonderful to come back to after a day exploring. Highly recommended.
