La vue sur les montagnes. L'ascenseur pour se rendre en centre ville, aux thermes et au parking (badge).

La place de parking un peu éloignée et très étroite. Le stationnement est par ailleurs difficile en août. La densité d'immeubles qui gâche un peu le paysage, mais la proximité des thermes est appréciable pour les curistes.

Tout est parfait, le déco, le confort , la propreté .

The apartment is in a monster complex with hundreds of units. The building C4 is on the top level out of three levels. Parking is on the second level a good distance away. A free standing elevator brings you to the top level but you need a key sensor which is located in the apartment along with the key for the 3/4 sized parking space #44. The parking space is so narrow that you can’t get out of your car when cars parked in neighbor spaces. Utterly ridiculous! So it’s a bit complicated to figure all this out but the little apartment is rather nice, on the third floor. The famous thermal baths are located very next door and a short walk up hill brings you to the source of the thermal waters in a building in the wood with a small pipe where the stinky sulphur flavored water flows so you can fill your water bottles with powerfully healing water.

Like so many of these rental apartments I have stayed in, the bed sheets and towels are reeking of toxic laundry perfume chemicals, this place especially unbearable. Not, it’s not nice to poison the bed sheets and towels with endocrine system interrupting chemicals! You will never find this when staying in a 4 or 5 star hotel so please learn from this. I stuffed those toxic 100% polyester sheets in the closet and used my own linen sheets.

The views from the studio are incredible! There's a lovely balcony with table and chair that I'd have given a lot of use in warmer weather. The studio was clean and uncluttered and had most of what I needed, including a washing machine and full kitchen with a full-size fridge. There was even a dishwasher (which I mistook for part of the oven and didn't notice it until the day I left. Too bad)! There are some great walks into the hills and around town, all of which are easy from the studio, and if you are there for the thermal baths, you'll find it very convenient to Thermes. Marylene was gracious in allowing me to check-in early, which I appreciated.

Some regular bed pillows would be nice. The large square ones were too thick to sleep on, and the rest were tiny throw pillows without covers. Check-in instructions could have been clearer, averting back and forth question-and-answer where the language barrier seemed to cause confusion. Mainly, as at least one other reviewer has said, I would have appreciated instructions on how to find the building, which is in a complex atop an escarpment. A police officer showed me the complex on my phone; I wouldn't have understood its location otherwise. Once I got to the street below, it wasn't how to get up to the level the building was on, or where in the complex it was. I saw the elevator and suspected that was the way, but it required a fob. There are two ways to walk to the top, and with my luggage, I wasn't sure which was better. The steep road to the left is shorter and more direct, but there is a short flight of stairs at the top you can't see from the road. The no-stairs way is to continue up the road as if you are driving. It's a bit longer and winds around. C-4 is the middle building, just uphill from where the elevator comes out. Later, when I asked Marylene if the fob on the ring with the door key I was provided was for the elevator, she said yes, but she didn't clarify that there was a second fob, so I was confused when it didn't work. Turns out the fob I had was for the building door only. I noticed the other fob hanging on the wall and figured out through trial and error that that was the elevator fob. Why not put them on the same ring? And providing this info in the check-in instructions would have avoided confusion. Though I appreciate that there is no cleaning fee, the instructions say to mop the floor, yet there is no mop provided. When I asked Marylene where the mop was, she said it was in the bucket on the balcony. I told her there was no mop there. She then said that the cleaning cloth in the bucket was the mop. Huh?
