Clean rooms & good breakfast. Ideally located in Jeddah very comfortable little away from city traffic, best for accessing Industrial area & umrah passengers, avoiding city traffic.

Good enough for one night stay.
The room was not professionally cleaned, with some remains of previous guests stuck to the furniture; utterly unprofessional cleaning. The grounds and the parking area in particular were not clean at all.

Hotel is located on very busy Highway very noisy traffic cant sleep and petrol station next can smell diesel all night
