The house is situated in a small urbanization just on the outskirts of Guia. It is a ten minute walk into the town which has the usual shops , a chemist, some cafes and a wonderful selection of first class restaurants. We would recommend Cantinho do Almareado and Classikbalcony, both of which serve lovely food at very reasonable prices. The house is lovely, very clean , spacious and very well appointed. Everything works beautifully. The terrace and pool area and garden are beautifully kept. the pool and garden guys came twice during our week and the maid once. It is a lovely place to sit in during the day and late into the evening. The owner Fernando was very helpful and answered any queries we had very promptly. We would not hesitate to recommend this property and we had a lovely restful week.

Great villa! clean (its cleaned 3 times a week), lots of space, large swimmingpool with gate so our child could not run into it, great BBQ, garden, everything was in good shape. Would definitely recommend it to anybody. You do need a car, because there is almost nothing nearby (Guia is quite empty). Big Mall 5 minutes away though. Lovely beaches, too many to choose. Perfect!
