About this villa rental
Villa Anacleta is a charming two-story villa located in the center of Sorrento. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Anacleta you will enjoy an enchanting view of the garden and, partially, of the sea. Villa Anacleta is 170 square meters (1830 square feet). It features two private terraces, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Sorrento, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port.
You will reach Villa Anacleta from the street level without having to climb any steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Anacleta. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 500 meters (550 yards), for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved) or in a private parking lot (where a space can be reserved).

The rental price includes: final cleaning; linens; Wi-Fi Internet connection; mid-week cleaning; electricity up to 150 kWh per week; towels, changed mid-week.Available upon request: baby bed. Garden
The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet). It is partly shaded by a porch and by perfumed citrus trees. The garden is equipped with wickerwork sofas and armchairs, as well as with tables, chairs, four deck chairs, sun loungers, an hammock and an external shower. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table, and you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with original handmade majolica tiles. The furnishings are elegant and refined, featuring some antique pieces, and include two sofas and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a double-glazed French door. The room has two double-glazed large panoramic windows with a view of the garden. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden with a view of the garden. The room also has a large panoramic window with a view of the garden.
Bathroom
The bathroom is made of lucid majolica tiles and marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
First FloorTerrace 1
The first terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables, chairs and an hammock. From the terrace you will have an enchanting view of the garden and, partially, of the sea.
Terrace 2
The second terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the terrace you will have a view of the greenery and of the other buildings.

Villa Anacleta is a most lovely home, so tastefully decorated. It was impeccably clean and perfectly maintained. The grounds are so beautiful. It’s like living in a lush park. The location is in the midst of the city and very close to the seacoast.
Restaurants, shops and beautiful sights are just steps away. The owner was most kind and helpful. Our group of four couples found it the perfect space to gather and still enjoy our own space. We loved Villa Anacleta. It was perfect for us.
Summer in Italy was very helpful and responsive.

We stayed at Villa Anacleta with 10 friends and two others were in a nearby hotel. Villa Anacleta is located in the heart of Sorrento. Walking distance to everything.
The home itself is magnificent. The grounds and outside sitting areas are perfect.
The housekeepers came in twice while we were there. They worked around us with no problem and were very friendly.
And, the view, when you are on the upstairs balcony, you can see the sea. That view was perfect. But, you can't see it from the
garden patio, which was absolutely fine.
I would not hesitate to stay here again. Just perfect. Anita [the caretaker] was great showing us the in's and out's of the home and then we were able to enjoy our wonderful stay in Sorrento.
Summer In Italy was unbelievable. Klint and Luca were there every time I had a question, with an answer. Can't ask for anything more than that. When I return to Italy I will go with Summer In Italy first. I feel I have made a new contact and friend in Italy!!!

We stayed 4 nights in this beautiful house. The house manager welcomed us warmly and walked us through the house at check in. The rooms were clean and each had its own outdoor space. The house has an elevator that made moving luggage easier.
The house is close to shops and the beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay and Sorrento is a must see stop in Italy.
Two points to note - house comes with towels allocated per bedroom and any more towels comes at a cost. Shampoo/soap offered was minimal and you will pay extra for energy used. For a beautiful, expensive villa, these 2 items seemed off point to the overall experience. Consider rolling them into the price.
Despite these minor points, we highly recommend this house and location.
