About this villa rental
Welcome to our life plan. A project that goes beyond a simple b & b, where forms of sharing find space and where we will be happy to lead you to discover our territory. The house intended as a "holiday home" can only be used in the summer as the kitchen and dining area are positioned under an uninsulated porch and overlooking the garden. The rooms are located in a large attic of this completely renovated 60's villa - we live on the ground floor (the entrances are independent). We have specially maintained and renovated the 60's style bathrooms. A small common area will guarantee you relaxation on rainy or cold days but on sunny days you will have the opportunity to enjoy a private park that will give you peace and relaxation and for those with children there will be a reserved play area
