Welcome to The Brite House, a newly remodeled private home with room for everyone. Set on peaceful acreage yet just minutes from downtown Sandpoint, Lake Pend Oreille, Schweitzer Mountain, and only 30 minutes from Silverwood Theme Park, this spacious property is perfect for families, couples, and group getaways.
With 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, the home comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests. Guests love the thoughtful design, including 3 king beds, a gourmet kitchen, home theater, game room, and blackout blinds in every bedroom to ensure restful sleep.
Important Note: We do not allow parties, weddings, or large events at this property. The Brite House is intended for family vacations and group stays only.

The Brite House is located 0.3 miles off Highway 95 on a maintained dirt road. Depending on the season, you may encounter light snow or mud — an all-wheel drive vehicle is recommended in winter.
Please note: there is a train crossing near the highway entrance that does not have a barrier. Drive with care.

The Bright House was AMAZING. Myself & 7 other sisters stayed very comfortably. We had room to spread out and all be able to eat together. The kitchen was good for our numerous cooks. The owner was attentive to any of our needs. The number of bedrooms to bathroom ratio was perfect. No one had to wait. The theater was a bonus- such a cool feature. Loved this house!!!

The Brite house was great and more than served as a wedding hub for my daughter's wedding. Thanks to the host for allowing the day before the wedding event. Very nice home.

Our group was fairly small - a total of 6 people, so the house was much bigger than we needed, but it ended up being great because everyone had peace and quiet. We booked this house for a weekend of skiing and it was great. Close enough to Schweitzer for a quick 25 minute drive to the mountain. What I particularly loved about this home was that it felt private and tucked away. The kids (ages 9 and 13) loved the movie room, and all of us loved the air hockey and foosball table. Would definitely recommend this for future trips!
