It is located in the historic center of Salamanca, 1 minute from the Facade of the University, 2 minutes from the Pontifical University and Cathedrals, and 3 minutes from the Casa de las Conchas.
The accommodations are equipped with bathroom, kitchen (fridge, washing machine, microwave, hob, coffee maker, toaster) 49 ”SmartTV TV, iron, hair dryer, sheets, towels, Gel and Shampoo, etc ...
All expenses are included in the price. Additionally, Internet services with Wifi Router and cable are also included in the price. Additional cleaning service at the entrance every Monday.
The building is of recent construction, with elevator, is exterior, very sunny and bright, and has two balconies.
The bed in the room is 150. The living room has another comfortable bed.

We also optionally have private parking in a monumental area.

Jorge, der Vermieter vor Ort, war jederzeit erreichbar, wenn es eine Frage gab. Klärung auf englisch bzw. spanisch immer positiv.
Als einmal der Abfluss verstopft war wurde das Problem innerhalb von 2 Stunden behoben.
Zur Lage: viel zentraler geht nicht mehr, trotzdem segr ruhig, da in einer kleinen Seitengasse gelegen.
Ca. 3 Minuten zur Plaza Mayor.
