Location très bien aménagée, très bien située, endroit très calme et charmant. La plage à 2 minutes est un vrai luxe ! Et l’extérieur est très appréciable ! Je recommande fortement cette location

L'emplacement est super, à quelques pas de la plage. La résidence est calme et la terrasse est spacieuse avec un bon ensoleillement.
Quelques touches de modernité dans l'appartement: les rideaux du salon dans les tons bleu et écrus, une table de chevet vert pastel. le frigo est grand avec un espace congélateur.
Dommage que quelques investissements peu couteux ne soient pas fait. Des rideaux vieillissant dans la chambre, les barreaux de la fenetre rouillés, pas de rideau de douche, des lambris un peu tachés par l'humidité, des toiles d'araignés dans les coins.
Le barbecue était rouillé mais il a été changé de immédiatement par un neuf.
Dommage également qu'il n'y ait pas un wifi pour l'ensemble de la résidence car la 3G ne passe pas à Mimizan.
