"Katikia-Malatesta" has the unique advantage of direct access to a beautiful sandy beach. And there is so much more. If you are a lover of nature you'll inevitably fall under this place's charm. Wake up to the sounds of nature, have your breakfast on the north terrace surrounded by bamboo, aromatic plants, colourful flowers, vine. Then go to the beach for as long as you like. It is so close, just a few steps from the house, that it is easy to go back any time to get a drink, a snack etc. If you have young children, the proximity of the beach is a huge advantage.
Once you decide that it's time for lunch you may go to one of the tavernas in the vicinity, cook your meal in the well equipped kitchen or use the barbecue. Around 6 or 7 o'clock in the afternoon is the ideal moment for hiking either on the hill above the house that offers spectacular views to the bay of Naoussa and the Aegean sea, or in the area of Paros Park. Walk to the lighthouse and on your way back visit the snack-bar above the beach and then watch a movie in the romantic atmosphere of the open air free cinema, or, if you are lucky, attend a concert in the open air theatre choosing a seat that allows you to support your back on the natural rocks. In the evening, back to the house, relax on the front deck looking at Naoussa across the bay or up in the sky trying to identify the different constellations. If you are in the mood for nightlife, get into the car and drive to Naoussa.
I'll have a list prepared for you with my favourite restaurants, on the island. You'll also find plenty of brochures in the house proposing all kinds of activities. A friend of mine will welcome you, show you around and give you lots of useful information. You'll have my mobile number to reach me at any time.
This house has lived many summers of happiness and I wish you and your family or friends to continue the tradition by having a happy and memorable holiday here.

The property is absolutely wonderful. We have stayed here on several previous occasions and plan on returning again. The location is perfect, the beach is quiet, wonderful for swimming and has a spectacular view. The cupboards were fully stocked with all essentials when we arrived. Olga is responsive and very easy to communicate with. Alexandra's warmth and friendly welcome contribute greatly to our appreciation of our stay.

We loved everything about the property I wish we could have stayed longer-everything as pictured and it was truly pretty perfect!

Overall this was a beautiful home and a wonderful stay.Olga was a very helpful and generous host, and it was very nice having Alexandra there to meet us and get us oriented. It was a great touch that Olga left us some groceries (and even a bottle of wine). The home was very well appointed. Wi-Fi worked great and very nice having laundry at the home. We had 5 people in 4 bedrooms and were very comfortable, with plenty of space and privacy. The outdoor seating area is great. We had trouble finding the home since we came in at night. Olga was very helpful guiding us in by phone, but recommend you try to arrive while it is light outside. The beach at the home was a bit of a disappointment - it is beautiful and incredibly convenient, but it is also public and seems to be a hot spot for nude local sunbathers. This really put us off from being able to use this beach with my family (other than early mornings). We were initially thrilled with the secluded beach, but much less thrilled when all the nude sunbathers started showing up.The nearby park is beautiful - we did the lighthouse hike at sunrise and it was spectacular! Short hike and so well worth it (but need good shoes). Nauossa and Lefkes were both beautiful to visit. Anti-Paros was nothing special. We had a great meal at the local Taverna Viglis - highly recommended. The two local beaches (Monastiri and Kolybithres) were both very pretty.Overall this is a wonderful property in a great location (worth the high price).

This was the most perfect place to stay imaginable to stay for two weeks with our three children, all 3 and under. The location was idyllic. The house was charming with everything we needed and then some. Olga went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable and had all the extras like baby baths, sand toys and bed rails to make our stay easy. Aleksandra, who manages the house, was fabulous and is a beautiful person. She greeted us with a warm, welcoming smile and all the information we needed. On arrival, the fridge and pantry was stocked with all the right foodstuffs to smooth our transition to Greece after a long flight from Canada. The children had their own charming room with two single beds that opened onto a small patio with outdoor stairs down to the front door. The master bedroom was very comfortable and featured a lovely little balcony. The home itself is beautiful and charming. We were greeted in the morning for breakfast by the sight of cows grazing in the surrounding vineyard being watched over by a herd dog. The children loved staying on a small working farm with the sea so close by. The beach is a very short walk away at the end of the property. It was easy to shuttle kids and supplies back and forth to and from the beach as many times as needed. The beach is sandy with beautiful rocks in places. There is also a breathtaking view of Naousa in all its whitewashed glory across the bay. This was particularly stunning at night. The sunrise and the moon shining over the bay at night were also highlights! With a car, the location is very convenient with all the necessities easily accessible within 10 minutes. Some nights the mosquitoes were a bit bothersome . Bug repellent plugs were provided that we didnt use, but mosquito nets over the beds would have been helpful. This said, we slept well, found the house very clean and comfortable and couldnt recommend a better place to stay during beach weather with a young family. Thank you Olga and Alexandra!!
