Loved it. Had everything we needed within walking distance of lots of restaurants. Would recommend. Worth the money.

The amenities were fine except that the small washer would get unbalanced even with tiny loads. There can be a lot of street noise early in the morning when the markets on the street are getting ready to open. Also, there are some homeless people on the street. There was a homeless person at the building entrance in the morning about half the days that I stayed.

I enjoyed staying in this apartment whose location gives a great taste of what non-touristy Paris is like. The apartment itself was comfortable and handy to the metro.
