About this apartment rental
A spacious ski in ski out studio with Fireplace, heated underground garage with ski locker, in the village at squaw Valley. Nicely decorated with a full-size kitchen, a king size bed, a queen sofa bed and one full bath, few short steps to laundry room, Jacuzzi and the gym The unit has its own balcony and a large deck with sitting area. At the door steps of the building there is a wine tasting bar a Day spa, several restaurants and sports shops, the ski rental outfit and an ice creme shop. this studio unit is larger than most of village's one bedroom units, in the center of the village. It is large enough to comfortably accommodate a family of 4 to 5. The fireplace is a unique feature of this unit. If you are a skier you can't enjoy skiing both , Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows with the same purchased lift ticket. A free shuttle bus steps away from the unit will take you to Alpine Meadows and resort at squaw creek. The Reno international airport is about an hour drive while Truckee airport only 30 minutes.

My husband had just passed about nine months ago. So on his birthday January 4, I wanted to honor him and ski where we would love to ski which was Palisades Tahoe and Alpine Meadows. The studio that I rented was very nice. I think housekeeping can do a better job. Other than that, it was very comfortable. I felt safe warm and cozy. It was just a really nice room. Large kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable. I would stay there again. Just hoping they get better housekeeping service there.

We really enjoy being in the village near everything - great hiking, biking, shopping and terrific food!! This condo is perfect for two, and much better then a hotel room!! We will definitely be back.

It could really use a new shower curtain and a full length mirror. The couch is very old so the cushions had no support at all; hurts your back to sit. Location is great since it's in the resort village. Parking was convenient.
