About this villa rental
Upon arrival you will find the house completely ready and a welcome detail.
The house has an equipped kitchen, induction hobs, dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster.
A spacious living and dining room, LCD TV, local and satellite channels, DVD player, Internet (WIFI in the house and terrace), books, board games, etc.
4 bedrooms, two doubles, and two with double bed.
Children can have a cot and high chair.
2 full bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower.
Coladuria with washing machine, iron and clothesline.

The neighborhood
The town of Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca, in the foothills of the beautiful Tramuntana mountains. It is one of the oldest in Mallorca and has spectacular landscapes such as Formentor, the San Vicente Creek, the Ternelles Valley, the King's Castle or the “Puig de Maria” monastery.
Inside the town there are very interesting places to visit and admire, such as Calvary, the municipal painting museum, the cloister of Santo Domingo, where the famous international music festivals are celebrated, the Roman bridge, interesting churches and buildings or the cosmopolitan Plaza Major with countless restaurants and bars.
Pollença is rich in old festive events and long tradition. "La Patrona" with its spectacular simulation of "Moors and Christians", - the second busiest party in the Balearic Islands-, that of San Antonio with its famous climb to the pine, the procession of the "Devallament" in Holy Week, the traditional fairs and the well-known international music festivals in the cloister of Santo Domingo.
Pollença has a golf course, municipal swimming pool, tennis courts, permanent exhibition halls, possibility of scheduled excursions, windsurfing, horse riding, etc.

The villa is in a great location with easy access to the old town, port and amenities.The space at the back of the villa is lovely, but there was only 4 sun-beds, which was not a massive issue for us as there was only 4 adults. More would be appropriate for a 4 bed villa.The outside dining chairs were a little uncomfortable and maybe could be updated.There were no beach towels so you will need your own and also some of the kitchen utensils could do with replacing.We had a couple of issues while we were there but the owner was extremely helpful in sorting the problems quickly.Overall we had a lovely time at the villa although a lack of air conditioning may be more of an issue in the height of summer.

The property was clean and nice, kitchen new., rooms and baths were ok, but not AC, if you carch a hot week you will sweat all night long. The best part is the garden and the pool. The villa is isolated and we suffer for that has one day we didnt have water and was not a nice experience… The bbq is also very good but there are not tools to work and it is a real mess when you want to use with a fork of the kitchen…taking in account that in the kitchen the cutlery is counted, so if you fill up the house be ready to wash minimum twice per day. Location is good and very quite with no disturbance at nights.
