I have seen on several reviews complains about the temperature of food, and I would agree, as 1/2 the time food wasn't hot, even when they brought it out from the kitchen area. The snack food was hot, at the Gogo restaurant.
The bars were poorly staffed, especially at night. All Inclusive drinks were VERY poor, as it is local spirits, and premium drinks are even more expensive than some pubs in the UK.
Staff were really attentive and lovely.
My room was very clean and a shared pool off the balcony which was beautiful and made my holiday. Pools amazing but cold, beach area 5 minutes walk from hotel, but not the best.
