About this villa rental
Not far from the coast and the beautiful beaches of Chia, we rent a house in the quiet area on the first floor of a terraced house with entrance and independent parking space inside the small courtyard. Panoramic view from the 27m2 terrace equipped with table, chairs and built-in barbecue.
INTERIORS: double bedroom, living room with kitchenette and mezzanine with 2 beds, bathroom with shower.
The mezzanine is NOT tall man!
EQUIPMENT: washing machine, clothesline, ironing board with iron, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, hairdryer, fridge with freezer, gas hob with electric oven, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, TV sat free, DVD, mosquito nets, air conditioning . water reserve, electric water heater (50 liters).
COOKING: fridge with freezer, gas hob with electric oven, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.
LEISURE: TV sat free, DVD, HI-FI.
WELLNESS: mosquito nets, air conditioning.

Wir waren Anfangs Oktober für zwei Wochen da. Grundsätzlich können wir die Unterkunft empfehlen. Sauber, es ist alles da was man braucht. Als einzigen Nachteil betrachten wir das Fehlen eines richtigen Wohnzimmers oder eines etwas grösseren Wohnbereichs. Ein einigermassen bequemes Sofa oder eine Sitzgruppe gibt es nicht. Dies ist vielleicht im Hochsommer weniger entscheidend, da man eh meist draussen ist, in der Übergangszeit hat uns dies etwas gefehlt. Wir waren zu dritt, zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind. Die zwei Schlafgelegenheiten über dem Wohn/Küchenbereich sind definitiv nur zweitklassig, etwas eng mit wenig Platz unter der Decke. Für primär Badeurlaub würde ich die Unterkunft auch nicht empfehlen. Ohne Auto gehts nicht zum Stand, der ist zwar frei, Parkgebühren fallen jedoch an, mindest in der Hochsaison (bis Ende September). Die Strände in der Nähe sind allerdings vom Schönsten, was wir am Mittelmeer bis jetzt erlebt haben. Um den Süden von Sardinien zu entdecken, fanden wir dies eine gute Basis.
Unterm Stich haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft zumindest für zwei Personen bestens weiterempfehlen.

Ho soggiornato a Chia nella.casa di Tiina per 9 giorni. La casa oltre che si trovata in un punto ottimo per gli spostamenti e vicino alle spiagge piu belle di Chia, era molto pulita e dotata di tutti i confort. Ottima per due persone che vogliono rilassarsi, una zona silenziosa alemeno per il periodo che sono andata io, non c é molta vita di sera a Chia bisogna spostarsi, ma io ed il mio compagno cercavamo proprio una vacanza all'insegna del relax. Comunque anche in 4 gli ultimi giorni siamo stati bene lo stesso. Grazie Tiina
