Escolta Real is a cozy apartment located in the Antiguo neighborhood, just 5 minutes walk from the fantastic beach of Ondarreta. This apartment is perfect for couples who want to spend a quiet holiday without giving up the comfort of having all kinds of services around, as well as bakeries, butchers, supermarket, hairdressers, clothing stores, etc.
It is made up of a spacious and bright space in which there is a living room and dining room with access to a balcony that goes up to the room. The house is composed of a double bedroom with access to the balcony, a practical bathroom with shower and a functional kitchen.
Located in one of the most authentic neighborhoods of San Sebastián, Antiguo distinguishes for the good atmosphere, quality of life and for having beach, mountains, and parks. We will see families and young people, local people and from other cities as the university area is fifteen minutes walk from the apartment. This makes Escolta Real a wonderful apartment to spend a few days in San Sebastian.

We loved everything there, it was super close to the beach, lots of space and we love the electronic keys for access which made it super easy. Would definitely stay there again
There was no dishwashing liquid to hand wash, only dishwasher tablets.
