Casa Delma is a characteristic independent house built on the sloping cliff in front of the sea. It sleeps three people. From Casa Delma you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coast from Positano to Punta Campanella, the western tip of the Sorrentine peninsula, and of the island of Capri on the horizon. Casa Delma is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Praiano, approximately 100 meters (330 feet) from restaurants, shops and the stop for the SITA bus and for the local bus. You will find the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at roughly 600 meters (660 yards) including 400 stairway steps.
You will reach Casa Delma from the street level going down a short walkway that cuts through a garden and includes approximately 30 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Delma. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, free of charge or for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

The moment you step inside, you'll be captivated by the stunning panoramic view before you. Even from the comfort of the living room, the glass doors frame an endless expanse of sea and sky. Step out onto the terrace, and you'll be treated to a spectacular 180-degree view of one of the most picturesque stretches of the Amalfi Coast—a sight that will stay with you throughout your stay.


Below, the charming white houses of Praiano dot the landscape, each surrounded by lush gardens, creating a striking contrast with the deep blue sea. Among them, the historic Torre di Grado watchtower and the colorful majolica dome of the Church of Saint Gennaro stand out.


To your right, the breathtaking coastline unfolds, leading your gaze toward the iconic village of Positano, extending all the way to Punta Campanella and the island of Capri. On the horizon, the famous Faraglioni rock formations rise from the sea, while closer to shore, you can admire the enchanting Li Galli islands.


For a day at the beach, you can take a short bus ride or enjoy a scenic one-mile walk to Marina di Praia, a charming beach lined with restaurants and seaside cafés. Alternatively, descend a picturesque staircase of approximately 400 steps to reach the secluded Gavitella Beach, where you can soak up the Mediterranean sun. Both beaches offer services and dining options during the summer season.
Terrace
The terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the coastline.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room include a divan bed for one guest. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped, with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a toaster. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline.
Bedroom with en-suite bathroom
The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the sea, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a large fully-enclosed shower.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
Laundry room
In the laundry room you will find a washing machine and an iron at your disposal.
