Nature-lovers paradise

Amazing location, with beautiful views and only the sounds of birds and the river, yet only 5 minute drive from the village where there are good facilities including supermarkets. The apartment was modern, clean and spacious, and other the facilities, like washing machine, were very useful! The playground was great for the children. There are also hiking trails starting from the house.

Excellent accomodation situated within family farm in a very quiet area, surrounded with beautiful nature. The apartment and the whole house are spotless clean. The bed was very comfortable. Very kind hosts. Ahrntal ski area is about 15 mins drive.

Great view, huge apartment, extremely equipped. There is an enclosure with deers, alpacas and miniature goats. The hostess were very nice and did their best to make our stay as pleasing as possible.

Sehr angenehmes Apartment mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge.

Der Blick aus dem Fenster war wunderschön. Das Apartment verfügt außerdem über einen Balkon, auf dem man sitzen und die Aussicht genießen kann, sobald es warm ist. Das Apartment ist geräumig und liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend.

In der Küche gibt es keinen Backofen, daher ist es nicht möglich, Brötchen oder eine fertige Pizza zu backen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist eher einfach gehalten und eignet sich vor allem für ein unkompliziertes Frühstück und Abendessen. Gewürze sowie Kaffeefilter waren nicht vorhanden, was jedoch möglicherweise Geschmackssache ist, da dies nicht in allen Apartments zur Standardausstattung gehört. Die Sauna entspricht keiner klassischen Sauna, da sie bis etwa 37 Grad erwärmt und hauptsächlich den Rücken wärmt. Zum Schwitzen reicht die Temperatur nicht aus, sie eignet sich jedoch gut zum angenehmen Aufwärmen.

- sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber - Ruheoase in den Bergen um vom Alltagsstress abzuschalten - Wanderungen von Unterkunft möglich, Auto aber empfehlenswert um das Ahrntal zu erkunden - dafür ist die Unterkunft ein toller Ausgangspunkt - das 3D-Bogenschießen auf dem Grundstück ist klar zu empfehlen

Hier stimmt einfach alles

Schöne, absolut ruhige Lage am Sonnenhang des Ahrntals. Man kann direkt von hier loswandern oder Radtouren unternehmen. Sehr schöne Außenanlagen mit Wildgehege, Schwimmteich, Grillplatz etc. Die Wohnung war komfortabel, gemütlich und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Schöne Bäder. Maßangefertigte Holzmöbel, Ablageflächen im Überfluss. Es stimmt einfach alles. Schöner Blick auf Tal und Berge von der Wohnung aus. Bank, Holzliege für zwei und kleine Laube mit Sitzecke vor der Wohnung. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter.

Die gute Lage wird dadurch erkauft, dass man entweder mit dem Auto in drei Minuten im Dorf im Tal ist oder mit Rad oder zu Fuß etliche Höhenmeter überwinden muss. Wir haben das gerne in Kauf genommen.

Ottima struttura ricettiva in San Giovanni in Valle Aurina

Appartamento ben arredato con ampio balcone con vista sulla valle. Cucina ben fornita e provvista di tutti gli elettrodomestici e le stoviglie necessarie. Bagno ampio con box doccia confortevole. Parco giochi per bambini ampio e ben attrezzato. Lavanderia con lavatrice ed asse da stiro.

Pokud plánujete dovolenou v tirolských Alpách a hledáte krásné, prostorné a klidné ubytování, rozhodně neváhejte. Apartmán se nachází na nádherném místě uprostřed přírody, s famózním výhledem z terasy do údolí a na okolní vrcholky hor. Vybavení je vkusné, moderní a naprosto čisté – vše působilo velmi příjemně a útulně. Hostitel, pan Steger, je velice sympatický člověk, který celý areál sám vybudoval a je na něm znát cit pro detail i vztah k místu. Jen pár kroků od apartmánu najdete dětské hřiště, biotopová jezírka, přátelské kozy, které si děti mohou krmit, lamy a rozsáhlou oboru s daňky. Součástí areálu je také možnost lukostřelby na makety zvířat – to vše je pro hosty k dispozici zdarma. Vedle hřiště se nachází plně funkční, více než 300 let starý vodní mlýn, který je možné navštívit. Nechybí ani ohniště a grilovací zázemí pro večerní posezení. V okolí se nachází alpské pastviny i malebný vodopád, kam se dostanete příjemnou hodinovou túrou. Údolí Ahrntal je zatím turisticky méně známé, a právě proto nabízí klid, krásu a autentickou atmosféru bez davů. Rozhodně se sem příští rok vrátíme!
