About this villa rental
This superb detached 3 bedroom & 3 bathroom villa, with its own private pool, overlooks Kalkan Bay and is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, close to the centre of town - so car hire/taxis are not required.
The property is kept spotlessly clean, has air conditioning throughout and is equipped with everything that's needed for a successful self catering villa holiday including such extras as;

The private pool is a decent size and fitted with underwater LED lighting to let guests enjoy use of the pool during warm summer evenings. The pool can be accessed from the kitchen terrace on the first floor (via an outside spiral stairway) or directly from the two ground floor bedrooms.
The spacious layout of the villa offers plenty of separate areas to spread out, whether its sunbathing around the pool, a quiet read sitting on one of the balconies or lunchtime drinks on the roof terrace to enjoy the panoramic view over Kalkan Bay and the surrounding foothills of the Taurus mountains.

Lovely house and in a great area, supermarket just 5 mins up the road. We walked down to the town every night then got a taxi back as very steep. Matt was right next door if we had any questions
