Located just two hundred metres from the Baixa-Chiado metro stations and bus stops, the apartment offers excellent accessibility for exploring Lisbon. The airport is approximately nine kilometres away, facilitating arrival and departure.
The space has air conditioning, free WiFi and television, providing all modern comfort. Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed inside the apartment.

Enjoyed our stay very much.
Apartment was well done, modern and for the most part well equipped. Light and airy.
I would recommend this rental in a heart beat, but would warn tenants of the stairs.

A few areas owner could improve on, to bring this rental to the next level.
Most definitely let guests know about the STAIRS to get to the apartment, very narrow stair case and four floors up, most difficult with luggage.
A welcome basket... would have been amazing. If there would have been cold water waiting in the fridge, a stapletwo, some bread, fruit...just a little something so you don´t have to rush out right away.
Maps of Lisbon and area, locating nearest store to get supplies.
Kitchen could have had an extra dish towels, dish cloths, more than one knife, a lifter for cooking and some paper towels.
In the bathroom a bath mat for shower would have been great. There was a slight sewer smell coming from the bathroom.

Neighborhood is close to lots of small restaurants and bars and close to downtown. Apartment is on 4th floor, with tight, steep stairs. It’s clean and nice light. Note that check in is in a different part of town. It’s 15-20 minute Uber or taxi away so we spent time going out to check in, get the keys as well as time back to the apartment.

Check-in absolutely inconvenient and very far. No service on the property. Very noisy. The beds are ok. The place was clean. It’s ok good enough for a cheap price.
