Comfortable rooms, very clean, attentive staff.

Location was perfect for my needs. It’s not in the heart of the busyness just a 5-10 min walk to all the restaurants cafes and shops. Right on the ocean side (East) with easy access to early morning walks and 5 mins to the beach. Will be returning next visit to the Island. Highly recommend! Thank you Klara and Leira

The Villa was clean, the shower and the bathroom were fine and a little spacious as these things go. The large king bed was adequate. Very good AC.

The first evening my TV wasn't working and I had no bar of soap in the bathroom, they only provided a shower gel. I texted for soap, and for them to look at the TV, and asked to have a blanket - Hot or cold, I can't sleep with just a light sheet. The next day nothing. The third day I received a reply saying they could provide but at that point I had decided to leave town a day early due to Mexican violence. The first day I also put some milk in the refrigerator. The next morning it was fine. The morning after that the milk had gone bad...... Only for me to realize that the small refrigerator was not plugged in. Then I looked at the TV and realized that that was not plugged in. I think that places that don't want to plug in the amenities should make sure that they are plugged in before somebody is checking in. It never dawned on me that nothing was plugged in. I mean, why? Furniture in the room was an afterthought. And the outdoor area on the roof- that pink area are painted cement units. I sat on one for a while and then I was sticking to the paint and quickly moved. I sat on the one lounge and read for a bit. At $100 a night I didn't expect to be hanging out next to piled up 4x4s. Also, there was no direct light to be able to read in bed in the evening. I had to sit at the table which was not comfortable. I love the location though. Very easy to hop in and out of town. I felt safe and secure in the multi-unit Villa. Just not for me.
