About this villa rental
Our wonderful Florida Villa has 4 double bedrooms (2 master en-suites) which both lead directly out on to the pool deck area, 2 further bedrooms (one has a Disney theme) with their own bathroom. We have a separate Family Room (with a brand new 65' Samsung Smart HD TV with Cinema Surround Sound all round the Family Room - you can Skype on our TV, watch internet films, Blu Ray DVD's and also included is unlimited access to Netflix, DVD and Stereo system), a Living Room where you can sit quietly with a book and a separate Dining Room for those family meals. We have a fantastic extra large pool facing a Sunny South Westerly direction with Jacuzzi.
We also have a great Games Room with Slate Bed Pool Table, Air Hockey, Games Machine and Electronic Darts. As well as a Safe, a PC with High Speed / Wireless Internet Connection and webcam, Playstation with games, a new XBOX 360 Kinect with games, Cot/Crib, Highchair, Pushchair and loads more. We are fully equipped for family fun.
Those Extra Touches:: We pride ourselves on keeping our villa immaculate and a pleasure to holiday in. Our Management Company is always to hand to help you out with extra info - they are first class and always available.
We have ceiling fans in all our rooms, including the large double lanai outside. All our bedrooms have their own TV and CD Player.
We also have a stunning Games Room with a Slate Bed Pool Table, Air Hockey, electronic darts and the most brilliant Games Machine with all the old favourites like Pac Man and Space Invaders for you to while away your evenings.
Also, for your convenience and security the villa has a Safe.
We have spent a huge amount of time making our Villa a wonderful home for us when we are there and a fantastic, luxurious home from home for our Guests
Golf: We are minutes away from several golf courses which we can give you more information on.
If you would like the more professional course, the Champions Gate Golf Course is just 5 minutes away.

Immaculate property, very well equiped, fantastic games room, lovely pool and amazing jacuzzi.Ideal location for driving to theme parks and the beaches and a lovely, safe and quiet area to stay at. Terri and the Management Company we very helpful.

The amenities is what sold us on this place, the pool, hot tub, game room and they allowed pets and it was centrally located between the 2 places we we're going to visit, Legoland and Disney.
Although we didn't spend a lot of time at the house, we enjoyed our time there. The beds were comfortable, we had plenty towels, the showers and master tub was nice and my kids loved all the fun amenities. The game room was quite warm with it being in the converted garage and we definitely had to use the fans they provided but it didn't stop us from having fun playing pool.
We had an issue with the pool heater but the management company and Teri responded and got it fixed. The neighbors were noisy the first night and my son couldn't sleep in the kids room since those rooms are next to that house. But the neighbors were only there that 1 night. I could have lived without the alarms on the doors to the pool. I understand the need for them but my children can swim so for us they were annoying have to press the button each time we went outside.
Overall the location was good, the area was convenient, the house met all our needs, and the exchange rate between US and UK currency still made this house affordable for all the amenities we got.
