About this house rental
Our cozy bungalow is located a couple of minutes walk from the pretty beach of Spartia (Klimatsias).
The bungalow is designed for 4-6 people. One bedroom has 2 single beds, the other has one double bed.
The glazed veranda has a comfortable single bed, which comfortably accommodates the fifth guest.
If necessary, we will arrange an extra bed for the 6th guest, placing it in one of the bedrooms or the living room.
The bathroom is equipped with WC, shower and sink.
The living room has several areas: a well-equipped kitchen area with a full fridge, stove, sink and dining table; a relaxation area with a coffee table, an armchair, a sofa and a fireplace.
The spacious, fenced yard is planted with a variety of greenery. There is enough space here to park the car, to sit comfortably at a table with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, to cook an excellent grilled dish. If desired, guests can park their car in our parking lot, located opposite the villa.
We offer FREE transfer from the airport on arrival.
The beach of the village of Spartia offers quiet, warm waters, sheltered from the waves. The entrance to the water is smooth, the bottom is sandy, which will surely please families with small children.
In the lagoon you will also find rocks from which you can dive into the water. The beach will not disappoint those who like to snorkel.
Behind the ledge is another magical beach - wild Termanti with incredibly clear water. To get on it, you need to climb to the tavern of Isalos and, turning left, go along the white fence to an inconspicuous staircase leading down.
The center of Spartia village with a couple of shops, a tavern and a bar is 2 km from the bungalow. The road goes uphill, so we recommend having a car. It will also give you the opportunity to fully enjoy the beauties of Kefalonia!

We had the best time, if you're looking for a relaxed, chilled holiday then this is the place to be. The beach is only a few minutes away by foot. Katrina and Angela were lovely and so welcoming. You do need a car to get around and explore kefalonia, but Angela can give you details of a driver (very reasonable). The home was lovely, had everything you needed and the beds were so comfortabl

Everything was perfect, we didn’t want to leave and definitely want to come back again. The bungalow was so beautiful with lots of comfortable outside space to relax for our family of five. Every window and door had mosquito screens so we barely needed the (very good) air conditioning. Katarina and her family were so kind and thoughtful and left us lovely food and treats, with good kitchen supplies and toiletries. It was so peaceful and so near to great swimming spots. We mainly ate at the fabulous restaurant at the top of the road and walked the hill to the quieter beach each day as it was so gorgeous. Thank you so much to Katarina and her husband and their daughter Angela for making it so special.

We have just returned from one of the best, most relaxing holidays in one of the Bungalows run by Katerina and Angela. Katerina and Angela are wonderful hosts and treated us like family. They were so friendly, kind and thoughtful- a lovely meal provided for us after our late arriving flight, transfers to and from the airport, car hire organised and plenty of great advice and ideas for things to do. The bungalow was spotless, comfortable, well appointed, described accurately and an ideal size for our family of five. It was perfectly located: a very short walk of less than 5 minutes to a beautiful, safe, clean beach ideal for swimming and snorkelling or a slightly longer walk of 10 minutes to another beautiful beach. Local restaurants and tavernas both by the beach and in Spartia village are all wonderful to visit. Katerina and Angela also run a fantastic craft studio which is well worth visiting. Seven days just wasn't long enough for us and we were very sad to leave our peaceful holiday location. Katerina, we would love to visit you again, you couldn't have done more to ensure we had a wonderful holiday. Thank you!

Firstly Katerina is a friendly and warm host. The bungalow was clean and we found everything we needed. She left us delicious food and homemade goodies. It’s so near a lovely little beach and very quiet out of season. We had a lovely few days.
