Nestled on a hillside above the scenic village of S. Woodstock, Apple Hill is a cozy year-round home with a large deck offering views of the Kedron Valley. The setting features fields and woods, with nearby farms. Take a 10 minute walk down the hill to S. Woodstock, and you'll find- a country store( with penny candy, and deli serving delicious take-out food); Kedron Valley Inn with fine dining and a wonderful beach/pond for swimming; historic church and academy.
An open floor plan on the first floor, allows for a relaxing atmosphere-living room with fireplace, dining room seats 8, den/TV room, generously supplied kitchen, mud room/entryway, powder room, bedroom (queen bed) and full bath. The second floor sleeps 5-6, in three bedrooms -one full, two queen-full bath on second floor. House includes washer/dryer.

Beautiful home. Incredibly well kept and comfortable. Meticulously cared for by the property manager and the owners, and was perfect for our multi-gen stay. Set on lovely road and grounds close to town. The house was very clean. The kitchen well appointed the bed linens fresh and comfortable. Will definitely return to this home!

Apple Hill is a beautiful, charming home with great views. We found it to be very clean, comfortable and a quiet location on a dirt road, but still only a few miles from downtown Woodstock. The kitchen was well equipped and beds comfortable. The owner and property manager were very responsive and good communication. We enjoyed visiting Woodstock and discovered South Woodstock. Loved the Kendron Valley Inn for pizza which is just down the hill! We would definitely stay here again!

The house is adorable, impeccably cared for..lots of comfortable beds &linens. Plenty of space for people to gather. Quaint. The only important detail to share ( which was why I gave 3 stars for location) is that it’s literally on top of the mountain. Very bumpy and narrow dirt road. We have a Jeep Grand Cherokee which was fine but my guests had a Mercedes. It was challenging for them to get up and down the mountain. Our cars were filthy by the end of the weekend. That being said it is fairly centrally located. Easy to get to downtown Woodstock..it’s just up and down the mountain. So it really is about how you are using it and what you drive. Lol
