The bar to hang towels was broken before we arrived, we informed it, but nobody came to fix it, but overall stay there was good

This Property was terrific! Everything was just perfect., the view, the staff, and the clientele was so very friendly. My wife and I will surely come back. Thank you for recommending this wonderful facility.

Friendly staff, location and shuttle to the beach are the good points. Room ok but not really comfortable for four people for an extended stay. However, elevators are a big issue. There are only two to serve a huge building and no service elevators which means that groceries, luggage and shopping go in with you at all times not to mention the cleaning staff with all their equipment. We stayed for 14 nights and the surprise was when the elevator came in less than 5 minutes. Usually it would take us 10 minutes average to take the elevator. So, unless you’re a very patient person, or don't mind using the stairs, this is not the place for you. Another issue is the valet parking which is mandatory and because of the amount of people coming and going it turns to be a big hassle on the driveway. The garage is an excelent space and if we could park ourselves it would make a big difference on our level of patience but unfortunately it is mandatory to use the valet parking.
