New apartment on the third level in a building cataloged with elevator and completely remodeled in 2015, fully furnished and equipped with new high quality furniture, kitchenette, living room with TV - 32 ”screen, microwave, washing machine - clothes dryer, stove with oven brand Teka, equipped with fridge, dishes, glassware etc.
Dining room with beautiful views of the square and the River; Bedroom with extra large double bed furnished balcony with table and chairs.
Free parking area near the apartment.

Se ajusta perfectamente a la publicidad, el salón con su galería te da una luminosidad y unas vistas de la plaza del ayto preciosas. Y es super agradable ponerse a desayunar o comer desde allí. La ubicación es excelente, con todo tipo de servicios a pie de calle y cerquísima de las playas urbanas de Luarca.
La única pega sería la cobertura de la wifi, que en algunos puntos es bastante débil.
Un sitio para repetir.
