We had a lovely stay overall. The property was great and the facilities were well maintained and clean. The only small downside was the outdoor furniture, which seemed to have some mould from the rain and wasn’t very appealing to use. Aside from that, everything else was excellent.
One thing to note is that the road leading to the property is quite confusing and can be very dark at night, which may be a little challenging for some guests.

I liked the location and the view from the house
Close to Lorne and Apollo Bay
The house was clean
It is good size house for a groups
The bedroom down stair…
Bedroom without a door didn’t go well when you go with other 7 pol…that’s was very uncomfortable …
The bedroom upstairs are nice but the we had with that there is 3 bedroom with 1 bathroom and that is in 1 of the bedroom that was also very uncomfortable

location is perfection
There are two lock boxes so arriving after dark and trying to locate was tricky. we had to call for support
GIANT pot holes on driveway out front so dangerous. we got stuck and it was scary. house very cold and impossible to warm up. and smelt of dog wee. no supplies like condiments/sauce etc
