The owner was amazing. She was always there to help. She receives calls and responds with solution if we needed help in e.g. turning on the kitchen cook top. She also responded immediately when we reported few minor issues, even sent a man to check the issues and help us. The house was coy with working TV in all bedrooms and strong working Wifi. The location was great though a lit tricky to find :). Overall it was a great, value for money accommodation.
I feel that it was more of the cleaner's issue. Some of the bedsheets were seemingly not changed and drain of one of the bathrooms basins was partially blocked.

The location was very convenient, private and picturesque, and the house was very clean. The deck and balcony was lovely! Facilities were good overall, and there was a lot of kitchenware, crockery and such in the house, which was appreciated.
The house, particularly the upstairs, was a bit smaller than I expected. The fan in one of the upstairs bedroom did not work, and one was missing entirely, which meant the air conditioner had to be on for most of the time. The fan in the lounge only worked on one speed, which was a little inconvenient, and unfortunately we had ants, spiders and other insects in the kitchen every day, mostly near the kitchen sink.
