Air conditioner took a while to start heating/cooling (thought it was broken) but once it started, it was excellent (patience!).
Big TV screen adjustable to view from anywhere - great for NRL grand final night!
Good sized fridge.
Clean and modern kitchen area.
Parking next to the front steps.
Good shower - almost instant hot water.
Very comfortable bed.
Access to the bathroom around the end of the bed was tight.

As loud or as quite as she wanted to be and go for a swim convenient time that was suitable for her. we wish wished we could of stayed longer but responsibilities stopped us so we couldn't

It was well located for access to Cessnock and the Hunter Valley
Kitchen in cabin was barely equipped.
