Snowgate Motel + Apartments

Had a wonderful experience. Igor was so incredibly helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Communication was excellent.

Igor is a lovely man. Gave us a free upgrade without us asking. Rooms were toasty warm. Its such a great location. Very affordable. Had a comfy stay. Will come back again.

One of the 10 beds probably had kids jumping on it as kids do, and caves in a bit. I'm sure a hammer and nails will fix it in 2 mins. But still it's a great room. The other beds were so comfy. Lots of bedding and blankets are provided.

Beds really comfy, actually six separate beds, instead of two bunks with a double bed at the bottom. Spacious considering the small room size, the table was great and there was a stove and oven. Got upgraded on arrival. Had to stay an extra day and got a discounted rate because we weren’t staying overnight, parking was close and adequate. Showers were hot with good pressure, bathroom clean, there were enough cutlery and cups and dishwashing liquid

Not an issue for us, but you had to make your own bed - a little difficult with bunk beds. But we definitely knew the linen was clean. Also wouldn’t recommend everyone bring large suitcases due to space (we only had backpacks and duffles so the space was no problem). Spare bunks were great for storing bags. The distance to Jindabyne was a little much but considering the price difference it was worth it for us. Unfortunately the toaster was broken but we used the grill on the oven and it was fine.

It was very expensive for accommodation at a budget motel.
