Perfect stay, everything in high standart, apartment is with amazing view, comfortable beds, inside all details designed with thought that you will enjoy every minutes. Absolute cleanleness. Additional thank you for host. Such attention and hospitality even in 5 star hotels could not receive. Very warm person and will help you with every question and advise. You will be spoiled) Location very convenient, near the sea, walking path, restaurants, attraction in walking distance. It really exceeded my expectation.

+The Host, Irina was excellent. She was friendly, spoke good English, answered questions promptly and explained everything clearly and made me feel welcome. +The Apartment was perfectly clean. The host organised cleaning twice during my 9 days. +This is a high class compound and you feel that when you arrive. +View from windows is beautiful. +Underfloor heating and radiators were very capable in winter. +Well organised apartment for travellers. Area for suitcases and open wardrobe. +24 Hour store that sold all essentials was located within same building. Very important. ++++ +Nice cafe for morning coffee located in same building. Freshly baked cakes every day. +24-hour Security guards at compound entrance, parking entrance, and building entrance. You feel safe.

- The parking space for my car was a 4/5 minute walk from the elevator. Slightly inconvenient. This is not fault of host. If 9.5/10 was available I would give it for this reason. - Shower takes about 60 seconds to produce hot water after being turned on.
