Vacation Rental with private swimming pool and large garden on the hills of Lucca.
A beautiful panoramic garden with a pool reserved for the use of the seven apartments offers guests the chance to relax and enjoy the outdoor space, along with a furnished area with a pergola and a barbecue corner.
The property lies in Gualdo, a charming village upon the hills of Lucca dating back to the 1400’s. Within the town, visitors will find a quiet atmosphere. Along with a church, at the town’s main square there is also a restaurant where visitors can enjoy dining al fresco during the summer period. Not far from the area is the beautiful Versilia zone, the Apuan Alps and the historical cities Lucca and Pisa.
Available to guests: Furnished garden with gas barbecue, small tables and chairs, swimming pool shared amongst the property’s apartments (12 x 6 m – minimum depth 1.2 m – maximum depth 1.5 m). Washing machine (free to use) located in a communal room.
There is free Wi-Fi in certain communal areas of the property.
Distances: A bar-restaurant can be found in the little town of Gualdo (less than 50 m from the apartments), Monte Pitolo (food shops) – 4 km, Massarosa (variety of shops) - 8 km, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Lido di Camaiore, Marina di Pietrasanta and Camaiore (all well-known Versilia seaside resorts) can be found within a distance of 15 km , Lucca - 25 km, Pisa - 33 km, Collodi (famous theme park based on the world of Pinocchio) - 40 km, Montecatini Terme - 53 km, the Cinque Terre are roughly 75 km away, Florence - 105 km.
A free parking is 50/100 m from the apartments away.

This is a lovely old building with high named ceilings. It was cool in the heat with great views. The pool was excellent and grounds around it were fantastic. The village setting is very nice with a great value and popular cafe and restaurant a stone throw away. The property was minimally furnished. Fridge etc was good, WIFI good, water good, but it lacked a bit of love and attention (broken slats under the sofa bed/ coffee maker not working etc ) Small things really, but I'm keeping the fifth star to reflect. Owner friendly and relaxed - nice atmosphere.

We visited the villa with our kids the first days of May and really loved and enjoyed it! When we arrived late in the evening, Luigi warmly welcomed us and arranged something to eat from the restaurant in the village. He made us feel directly at home!
Our appartement was very spacious and clean and our favorite part was the family kitchen, it felt very warm and we enjoyed spending time around the table with a good glass of wine. The space around the pool area is lovely and having a cup of coffee in the garden in the morning, while overlooking the green area is so calming, the perfect getaway from busy life. We chose Gualdo, which is a super tiny but lovely village, due to its good location to visit famous cities such as Pisa, Firenze, Siena, Lucca and of course the 5 villages of Cinque Terre. They are all within driving distance!
We had an amazing time and would definitely visit again!

Die Wohnung hat fast alles, was man braucht. Man könnte mit wenig Aufwand eine richtige Perle daraus machen. Handtuchwechsel ist bei einem zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt leider nicht geplant, wir haben aber nach Aufforderung trotzdem neue Handtücher und Bettwäsche bekommen. Die Wohnung mit der Ausziehcouch in der Küche ist nicht langfristig für 6 Personen geeignet. Die Couch ist sehr durchgelegen. Ideal für 4 Personen plus Kleinkind im Extrabett. Herzliches Dankeschön an Lucci und seine Frau, die sich hervorragend um das Anwesen und die Gäste kümmern.
