Beautiful house (130 m2) on one level. The house is located in a wooded area (3300 m 2 unfenced). In the garden, a private swimming pool of 10 x 5 m with a beach immersed in the rounded. You can sit in the sun or in the shade of the oaks. A heat pump cools the floor and maintains a pleasant temperature throughout the house.

Large living room, dining room with an American kitchen.
Bedroom 1 with a bed (140) with its Italian shower and its sink.
Bedroom 2 with a bed (140).
