Our newly renovated apartment in the North Sea spa Neuharlingersiel offers you the cozy little luxury you need for a few days by the sea!
Small but nice! On 22 square meters everything is necessary, so that 1-2 people can enjoy the peace and quiet on the North Sea coast.
The view from the window shows the direct path to the beach. Either you enjoy the view from the south balcony with a fresh coffee in the morning or a cool sundowner in the evening. Alternatively, you are 2 minutes on foot on the dike. Once up the stairs and you're right on the North Sea. Whether walking, cycling, mudflats, swimming or surfing and kiteboarding in the surf school - all possibilities are right at your doorstep. Even in bad weather, the bath is within walking distance.
If you do not want to use the numerous gastronomic offers, no problem: the fully equipped kitchenette offers everything needed to prepare a romantic dinner. For a delicious coffee, there is a Nespresso machine as well as a normal filter coffee machine available.
The cozy bed is equipped with the best ever tested mattress and with 1.60 width ideal for 2 people. Of course, also includes a modern, fully equipped bathroom to the extent of the apartment. Storage space is plentiful.
The apartment has its own free parking for the entire duration of the stay. If you also want to arrive by public transport - no problem! The bus stop is about 150m from the apartment. The buses go every hour towards the train station.
The prices are inclusive of all additional costs, which come to you. Included are:
The statutory Kurabgaben i. H.v € 2.50 per person / per night. These are specified in the calculation as administration.
A linen package consisting of bed linen and towels i. H.v € 10, - per person / per stay (If you want to bring your own bed linen, no problem, then please contact us. In this case, the bedding is ready, you only need to bring bed linen and towels)
The one-time cleaning fee i. H. V. € 50, -

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub.
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden & wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :)

Man bekommt, was man auf der Webseite sieht: eine sehr niedliche, saubere Wohnung, ausreichend für 2 Personen, mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, in toller Lage
Stauraum nicht mega viel aber fürs Gepäck von einer Woche ausreichend. Balkon mit Sonne von mittags bis abends, Sonnenschirm+Möbel vorhanden
Check-in kontaktlos +unproblematisch, nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter
Praktisch ist der Parkplatz direkt am Haus, Auto braucht man im Ort kaum: Bäcker 2 Min zu Fuß, Edeka 2 Min mit Auto, zum Deich 2Min, weitere 2Min bis zum Wasser- vorbei an der schönen Strandbar. Zum Hafen unter 10Min, ob über den Deich oder der Straße entlang
Der Hafen von Neuharlingersiel ist der Schönste der ganzen Umgebung! Fahrräder im Keller top in Ordnung, sind damit ca 9km am Meer entlang nach Bensersiel geradelt.
Wer einen schönen breiten Strand erleben möchte: Tagestour nach Spiekeroog war toll. Am Besten die erste Fähre hin, die Letzte zurück, sonst ist der Tag leider zu kurz. Hier lohnt sich ein Blick auf die Spiekeroog WebSeite: Fährzeiten wechseln fast täglich und im Voraus buchen ist günstiger. (Es besteht FFP2 Maskenpflicht auf der Fähre! Stand 6/22 )

Der Blick auf den Campingplatz hat uns garnicht gestört, da war kaum was los. Denjenigen, die den Anblick hier bemängeln möchte ich sagen:
Es gibt schlimmere Ausblicke...Eine mehrspurige Straße? Ein Hochhaus?
Die Wohnung liegt an einer ruhigen, kleinen Straße. Auch von den Gästen der anderen Ferienwohnungen im Haus hat man kaum etwas gehört

Die FeWo ist perfekt für 2 Personen; mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt.
Es wurde sehr auf Details geachtet.
