About this house rental
100 m house. First floor: beautiful living room with a 45 m terrace featuring a folding table and hammocks. Two double bedrooms; full bathroom, entryway, and kitchen with laundry area.
First floor. Large double bedroom with a crib, a whirlpool tub, and a large terrace with a table, chairs, and a beach umbrella, plus a relaxation area offering a splendid view of the Atlantic.
Second floor: 20 m² solarium with a relaxing view of the marina, the beach, and the city.
The entire house features air conditioning, spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large kitchen fully equipped with all kinds of appliances. The residential complex offers private security and a daily cleaning service for common areas and the pools. It also features a fully equipped fitness center with showers and locker rooms.
The house has two wheelchair-accessible entrances. It includes a beautiful enclosed garage and an elevator that stops right at the front door. Wi-Fi and satellite TV are also available upon request.

The place is wonderful! The view, the quietness, the breeze, the location, the pool, the gym, and the friendly host who received us personally and treated us with a bottle of champagne! Though roughly enjoyed the island. The location is a perfect base to explore all the beautiful beaches, small towns, hikes, and historic places all around the island while not being bugged by the crowded touristic spots. Starting every day with a cup of coffe in the balcony was a dream come true. Thanks so much Marian for having us. Will definitely stay at your place when back to exotic Fuerteventura.

Great location, lots of space, even better than the photographs. Great views and sunsets! Marian and her husband were very helpful, and really quick at responding. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. It was good having a parking space - glad we didn't have a big car as getting in was a bit tight.
